Executive Assistant
& Call Coordinator

About the Position
  • Full-time remote position (while operating between 8 am and 5 pm Mountain Time and availability on Sundays for 1-2 hours)
  • This is a full-time remote position. 1099 independent contractor. Pay starts a $62,000 with two weeks of paid vacation
Skills & Qualifications
  • Team player and “can do” attitude
  • Experience in successfully managing client relations
  • Prompt and courteous
  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Must have advanced computer skills (Zoom, Gmail, ScheduleOnce, Facebook, data management, etc.)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to empathize with potential clients’ needs and desires
  • CRM experience a bonus
Tasks
  • Manage sales calendar bookings to ensure each booking is qualified, confirmed, and ready for their call
  • Manage sales team availability ensuring the sales team is not overworking, yet also coordinating time off to not interrupt the lead flow and deliver a high level of availability and service
  • Oversees ad spend
  • Oversee referral program
  • Correspond with social media inquiries
  • Correspond with email requests and inquiries
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Technological troubleshooting of ad funnel
  • Other important duties that help the business to run smoothly
  • Ensure payment and coaching agreement are executed
  • Manage any payment declines/ requests to change their credit card
  • Schedule and post Zoom coaching call details for group clients
  • Move graduated clients to appropriate FB group
  • Communicating with potential clients and following up to ensure optimal scheduling of zoom calls
